Please take the time to read the following regarding ECO SUB STANDARD
When submitting an ECO substandard. The broker MUST follow these steps.
- Send an email to service@Brokerunion.ca with the word ***URGENT*** in the subject line to advise of the eco substandard. (even if the effective date is future dated)
- The service team member will message/email when the policy is uploaded. If you do not hear from anyone by 5pm on the EFFECTIVE DATE. Please follow up with myself.
It is best to submit request earlier to give the team time to review and issue the policy. Please note that the service team does not work on the weekends and will have to issue the policy between Monday and Friday.
